Confidence

"I am a carer for my wife. My wife was having sessions with Tracy & doing really well. My wife thought I should maybe have some sessions with Tracy too. I wouldn't say I'm a confident person and I worry about my wife when she thinks I shouldn't. My wife thought I was struggling a bit, day to day. I had some therapy sessions with Tracy over the course of a few weeks. Tracy taught me relaxation technics & taught me to think differently. I now feel more positive about myself & view somethings differently. I don't know what I was expecting from our sessions. But, I'm more relaxed about things now. I would highly recommend Tracey. She made a huge difference to my wife & I."
