My coaching training began 15 years ago when I experienced the benefits coaching brings, it was an incredible life changing experience. I was privileged to study the work of Tony Robbins who is one of the world’s leaders on psychology, negotiations, leadership and peak performance and Cloe Madaness who was a direct student of Milton Erickson and a master at family therapy.
I continue to develop on a constant basis with Strategic Intervention training from one of the foremost coach trainers in the world.
My life experience of being involved in abusive relationships stems back 45 years to when I was a child and continued even after I had received counselling in my adult life. I believe unless you have had the experience in these situations it is near impossible to feel the emotion and understand the impact it has on individuals who have been lead to believe it is their entire fault.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals who have been affected by narcissism and these damaging toxic relationship. It is my passion in life to ensure I help others to end their suffering and go on to achieve and fulfil their lives, while living happily in peace.
